Job Title: Regional Plumbing Operations Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our plumbing operations across multiple locations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, and a proven track record of successfully managing operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive efficiency, ensure compliance with industry standards, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of plumbing teams within the region.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to plumbing operations within the region.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Team Management:

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Recruit, train, and lead plumbing teams across multiple locations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing development.
• Introduce and maintain accountability scorecards with all service and project leaders.

Project Oversight:

• Coordinate and oversee plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and profitability.
• Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to optimize resource allocation and scheduling.
• Introduce and monitor daily/weekly/monthly reporting metrics.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship.
• Address customer complaints and work towards swift resolutions.
• Develop and maintain safety training programs for multiple locations.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Budgetary Control:

• Develop and manage budgets for plumbing operations within the region.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report financial performance regularly.

Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between corporate headquarters and regional plumbing teams.
• Foster effective communication channels to ensure a seamless flow of information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in plumbing operations, with a proven track record of successful management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
