Overview of the Role:
A Regional Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of a company within a specific geographic region. The responsibilities of a Regional Manager can vary across industries, but the core duties generally include:
Key Accountabilities
- Cultivating a loyal account base by providing approved products and services, contributing to lasting relationships.
- Evaluating the operational aspects of various concepts across all accounts. Engaging franchisees and field management in discussions about procedures, strategies, and operations.
- Effectively communicating and coordinating with different departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Focusing on boosting sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with your director and keep close communication to understand operations.
- Following up on training to ensure the application of learned techniques and adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Overseeing scheduling and inventory management for operational efficiency.
- Strategizing and establishing regional objectives.
- Managing and resolving critical operational issues, even beyond regular hours.
- Periodically conducting assessments of operations as needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Representing SnowFox with professionalism by always maintaining a neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Completing any other associated tasks as assigned
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Food/Retail/Franchise experience is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Ability and flexibility to travel as required.
- Travel Required 100%
- Have and show outgoing and friendly behavior; a positive attitude and can interact with franchisees.
- Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
- Adhere to all safety, health, Weights and Measures regulations including COOL, and achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit/Servsafe
