Regional Manager

Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza is seeking a qualified Regional Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Mister O1 locations in Miami. Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, has experience managing multiple locations, and has a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple Mister O1 locations in Miami
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage labor costs and optimize staffing levels
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency
• Work with the corporate office to implement national initiatives and programs
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of General Managers and provide coaching and feedback
• Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Regional Manager in a casual dining or fast-casual restaurant
• Availability to work 50 to 55 hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with inventory management and labor cost control
