Job Summary:
The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for all aspects of Loss Prevention for multiple sites. This individual will develop and maintain strong partnerships at these locations and at corporate level. The RLPM is responsible for asset protection through communication, site visits, audits, shrink control, physical inventories, training and evaluating adherence to policy and procedures.

Job Duties:
- Utilize exception reporting to identify areas of opportunity for theft, fraudulent activity and shrink
- Conduct investigations and interviews
- Manage, monitor, and assist stores with theft and shrink prevention programs
- Organize and facilitate training of facility personnel in all aspects of Loss Prevention
- Conduct audits and store visits to monitor for compliance
- Participate in the inventory reconciliation process and assist personnel with inventory management
- Create, develop, and maintain various Loss Prevention awareness programs and tools
- Work with various departments to develop and implement effective plans to increase profitability and reduce loss to include ensuring compliance of high shrink target programs
- Manage and maintain the physical security systems in assigned locations to include intrusion alarms, CCTV systems, EAS systems, keys and cores, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor criminal / legal matters with law enforcement and jurisdictional court systems as needed
- Maintain thorough and appropriate documentation and records as needed
- Interface with various internal departments and outside agencies as needed
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or Business Adm.
- Preferred: Interviewing course certifications
Experience:
- Minimum: 3 years previous management experience in Loss Prevention or related field
- Preferred: 5 years previous management experience in Loss Prevention or related field
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Compensation
$65,000-72,000 per year.
