SUMMARY:
The Regional IT Systems Support is the day-to-day point of contact for all systems-related issues and projects being implemented throughout California. The position is responsible for the service and support of the Local/Regional IT environment, which includes expediting the resolution of IT related problems, ensuring that local systems and technologies are in appropriate functional order (whether achieved by repair or replacement), communicating outages and managing expectations. Works seamlessly with the Corporate IT and Technology & Integrations Manager as necessary, to bring systems issues and related projects to resolution and completion. Accountable for adhering to HUB's IT Governance.

Salary: The expected salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget as well as the specific position's business line, complexity, scope and level. TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
- Promptly communicates systems outages to the business in a way that manages expectations and minimizes user frustration.
- Implements technology-based business solutions, processes, and projects by partnering with various Corporate IT teams such as Architecture, Operations, and Application Support, as necessary.
- Continuously reviews present systems and processes and formulates new and revised systems and processes, to effect improvements, reduce costs and enhance overall efficiency.
- Optimize Onboarding procedures/guides for new hires.
- Informs leadership of significant systems problems and has sufficient data/reports to make informed decisions.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Works with Corporate & Technology & Integrations Manager on initiatives such as system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages including internal/external resources, project timeline and budget. Collaborates with Corporate & Regional IT on company-wide systems initiatives, as needed.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT:
- Engage and work with local vendors (A/V, Low Voltage & Telecom) to upgrade company infrastructure.
SYSTEMS TRAINING:
- Facilitates user training for new hires and introduce users to all system updates, system enhancements and new features. This can include in-person & online sessions via collaboration tools. Also create and/or update user guides for all applications being used.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 7 -10 years of relevant professional IT experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma and/or equal experience directly involved in the management of IT Services
- Must have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in the Financial Services segments (i.e., Insurance, TPAs, Banking, Capital Markets, etc.), is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing projects with minimal supervision and large projects under the guidance of a Corporate or Regional IT department.
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels with the organization. Must have the ability to articulate technical concepts in the language of the audience.
- Ability to listen effectively, proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
