EnviroServe, is looking for a regional Maintenance Supervisor to run our Colorado Markets.

Maintain equipment and assets to ensure the safety of our team and the local community. Will oversee the use of Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure maintenance meets Company standards. The Maintenance Manager will work with the following leadership teams; Reliability, Equipment, and Procurement in Salt Lake City, UT. This will be in addition to the local EnviroServe teams and in the area and across the US.
Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- With guidance from the Maintenance Manager, Lead a region of overall equipment & facility maintenance.
- Continue the implementation of Manager +, our maintenance equipment & facility tracking system as well as other required systems.
- Develop a working relationship with the Regional General Managers on equipment and maintenance needs within their region
- Continue to develop National and Regional maintenance accounts which will streamline our overall maintenance program.
- Develop and lead preventative maintenance best practices for our operations.
- Establish a working relationship with equipment vendors on warranty and service items and ensure the timeliness of these activities.
- Assist in daily inspections and maintenance audits
- Ability to schedule work and plan schedules to accommodate production
- Ability to read electrical schematics, and follow OEM trouble shooting guides
- Knowledge and Administering experience setting up and using maintenance software systems.
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
- Creative and strategic in approaching issues. Not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and carry critical projects to completion
- Ability to diagnose, problem solve and execute plans
- Computer and internet savvy including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in planning, scheduling and overseeing large DOT maintenance programs
- Experience applying safety regulations and written procedures within the environmental space.
