The
primary
responsibility
of
this
position
is
providing
the
leadership
required
to
ensure the quality of
95 Percent Group’s
consulting services
in order to
provide best-in-class product implementation, professional development, and coaching.
The
Regional
Consultant
Manager will manage assigned
c
onsultants
in
accomplishing
their duties.
The Regional Consultant Manager will work closely with the Consultant Training Manager to provide high-quality onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring for
c
onsultants.
In
addition
to supporting
consultants in the field, the Regional Consultant Manager will work closely with Client Managers to support
current clients in fully implementing 95 Percent Group’s services and products
.
The Regional
Consultant Manager will also work with a Regional
Sales Manager
in understanding particular
needs of clients within a region so that services can be tailored to meet those needs and secure committed clients.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in K–6 education and/or advanced degrees in education, reading, or special education.
- 5 years of experience teaching reading at the primary level.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership/management role.
- Extensive knowledge of scientifically based reading research and training in widely used core reading programs.
- Reading (formerly
DIBELS
) and/or other assessments and screeners. - Experience providing professional development to teachers, as well as experience in a reading coach’s role.
- Knowledge about Reading First, training in
LETRS
, and/or any multisensory structured language approach, such as Orton-Gillingham. - Strong interpersonal skills that build relationships of trust and confidence.

- Passion for literacy and improving reading achievement for students.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- The use of standard office equipment/computers and some light physical work is required.
- The work environment will range from an office to classroom setting with a low to high noise level.
- Candidate must be able and willing to travel extensively. Some weekend travel may be necessary. Relocation is not necessary.
