Forum Health currently has 32 clinics nationwide and is continuously growing. We are looking to add a member to our operations team to support the local practices. The Regional Clinic Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Forum Health practices in the assigned Region utilizing best practices and continuous improvement techniques to maximize efficiency. In this role, you will work in close partnership with the President, practice Physicians, other practitioners, as well as senior leadership, to ensure the execution of plans of action to improve operations, work environment, organizational culture, and structure in addition to adding value and professional expertise to new programs, market and provider development. The Regional Office Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall management, operations, coordination, performance results, and evaluation of all functions reporting through the practices. Travel amongst the Forum Health practices in the region is a requirement of this position. This position will cover the region of Utah, California, Texas and more West Coast practices as we grow.
Requirements Education/Experience
Requirements include a BS/BA or RN, with a strong preference to a Masters in Health Care Administration and Management. The Regional Office Manager is a mission-focused, seasoned, and process-minded individual with a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated progressive experience, with 5 years in healthcare practice operations, scaling an organization, and developing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals. Preference will go to candidates that have knowledge in integrative or functional medicine.
Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following. Other duties may be assigned.
Personnel Management
- Supervises and directs the work of all practice employees and performs the following functions:
- Independent performance review of all support staff
- Recruitment/termination of non-physician staff
- Creates job expansion opportunities for personnel
- Recruiting, selecting and training non-physician staff
Clinic Liaison and Reporting
- Participates in ensuring smooth practice operations and staff engagement.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements practice needs: staffing, services, equipment, and facilities.
- Conducts weekly staff meeting and works collaboratively with the practice team to establish agendas, prepare data for the meeting and contribute to decision-making.
- Works collaboratively with the practice team to continuously improve the service delivered to patients.
- Interprets management reports and explains the findings to the practice staff.
- Addresses daily issues and/or concerns and ensures best practices are implemented to constantly improve services.
- Oversee reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics and dashboards as it relates to the practices.
- Leads internal communications efforts through active communications to all staff including meetings, announcements, and reports.
- Maintains open communication and positive working relationships with physicians and other providers to understand the issues and needs of the organization and the individuals within it.
Practice Marketing
- Understands and communicates with local providers to make, develop, implement and follow referral processes to providers in the healthcare region and to ensure best practices are always being utilized at practices.
- Develops relationships and awareness of local providers.
Financial and Practice Management
- Responsible for managing operational costs to budget, ensuring that relevant financial data is presented to the senior leadership team regarding Clinic Operations and supply chain.
- Determines economic aspects of equipment, facility, supplies, and new service decisions.
- Responsible and accountable for volume and participation rates within the practice.
Facilities and Equipment
- Responsible for regional facilities and premises management.
Referral Network Development
- Will provide guidance and oversight as to the vendors, providers, specialists, facilities, and others to whom referrals from the practices will best serve the patients of the practices from a cost and quality perspective and will work with leadership in pursuit and execution of contractual arrangements with such providers.
Travel will be required for this position as needed - up to 50%.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
