· Use ELD to record DOT-mandated Hours of Service records
· Communication excellence with dispatch and customers
· Ensure highest quality service, consistent with customers' premium service expectations.
24 MONTHS OF VERIFIABLE CDL-A EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED PLEASE!
· Hazmat/Tanker Endorsements a plus, but not required

Sharco Express is currently hiring both SINGLE and TEAM company drivers to move no-touch, dry van expedite freight for the automotive industry throughout the Midwest.
INDUSTY-LEADING PAY: Each run pays a little different, depending on mileage, customer, etc. but all runs pay between 60-75 CPM. Regional drivers earn $1800-$2200 consistently while running between 2800-3300 miles/week.
GUARANTEED WEEKLY HOMETIME: We want our drivers taking their time off at home with their families. Company policy: if you take an unplanned 34hr restart on the road, you get a $300 layover. But it should NEVER be necessary.
MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE INSURANCE all offered through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan Network.

FLEET PROFILE:
· 75 drivers (soon to be 85!). Average time w/ company is 3.25 years.
· Driver turnover of 48% in 2022, vs. 95% industry average. Does your company know their turnover %???
· 90 trucks, 2021 or newer. All Freightliner Cascadia.
· 300 dry van trailers. Tire inflation systems on all equipment. Satellite tracking ensures no "wild goose chases".
· All equipment maintained in-house with TA/Petro/Michelin National Account for emergencies on the road.
