As a Regional Catering Specialist at Pollo Campero, your role will be crucial in planning, developing, and expanding sales for multiple restaurant locations in your designated region. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring the successful execution of sales-building initiatives, and acting as a local brand ambassador. This position collaborates closely with the Marketing Department, Operations Services Support, Director of Operations, Management Teams, and Catering Teams at each restaurant location.
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. and some weekends.
- Understanding of Pollo Campero operations.
- Travel is a requirement for this position, and therefore it is necessary for candidates to possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Google Suite is required.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes in the role and company as it grows. Interest in being a part of a high-growth organization.
