Regional Business Office Manager

Medical Facilities of America, Inc., a leading healthcare management company for post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services is actively recruiting for an experienced professional to serve as a Regional Business Office Managerin our Roanoke area region.

Summary:

• Advises, evaluates, and monitors the development, management, and effectiveness of multiple center Business Offices with emphasis on accounts receivables management.
• Educates and trains center Business Office staff on information including MFA policies and procedures and corporate compliance.

Education Preferred, not required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

Required Experience

• Technical knowledge of Inpatient Skilled Nursing, Managed Care and long term care billing.
• Experience in coaching, educating, and preparation of revenue management and accounts receivable management.
• Two years’ supervisory experience required in financial healthcare environment.

• Excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to travel overnight.
