Job Description
Medical Facilities of America, Inc., a leading healthcare management company for post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services is actively recruiting for an experienced professional to serve as a Regional Business Office Managerin our Roanoke area region.
Summary:
- Advises, evaluates, and monitors the development, management, and effectiveness of multiple center Business Offices with emphasis on accounts receivables management.
- Educates and trains center Business Office staff on information including MFA policies and procedures and corporate compliance.
Education Preferred, not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Required Experience
- Technical knowledge of Inpatient Skilled Nursing, Managed Care and long term care billing.
- Experience in coaching, educating, and preparation of revenue management and accounts receivable management.
- Two years’ supervisory experience required in financial healthcare environment.

- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to travel overnight.
