Regional Billing Manager

Overview and Essential Functions
 

Summary

A successful Regional Billing Manager shall be responsible for coordinating and managing billing functions across multiple offices within their region. Shall maintain and monitor billing operations across an array of projects to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. Organize and develop the materials/labor units from new Purchase Orders into a job/contract for our billing system. Manage lien waivers and Exhibit B's of sub contractors. Oversee redline/as build's processes. Shall assist in any training surrounding billing processes for project managers and supervisors. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft and/or Google; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project(s).
• Additional Duties as assigned.

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
