Regional Automotive Fixed Operations Director

Shaker Auto Group is looking for a Corporate Fixed Operations Director for our Connecticut Locations. This position will oversee four locations both domestic and import brands.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives

· Manage day-to-day operations for our service departments.

· Lead and motivate a team of managers and employees to achieve operational excellence

· Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions

· Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations

· Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a senior leadership role as a Fixed Operations Director of Multiple Locations

· Strong strategic planning and execution skills

· Excellent managerial and leadership abilities

· Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships

· Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $2,500,000.00 per year
