Regional Assistant

Job Description:

SUMMARY

Provide Administrative Support to Regional Director, Sales Department and Operations Department. Assist Accounts Receivable with Transactions and Collections. Provide any assistance needed to ensure the smooth functioning of Office/Special Projects

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES.

Preparation of sales proposals, greeting and hosting guests, maintaining office environment, collections on past due accounts, and special projects for Administrative Staff and Sales Department to meet deadlines

Provide assistance/administrative support to Regional Director and Office Manager for confidential/corporate matters.

Event Planning - assist in the planning/production for special events (i.e. announcements, programs, presentations, signs, etc.)

The right candidate will possess:

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Have an interest in collections for past due invoices.

Maturity and ability to multi-task.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good written, organizational and communication skills.

Additional Compensations Include:

Profit Split and Commission on Supply sales. Can be between $200-500/month

Increase in hourly rate annually and based on job performance.

Paid holidays and Paid Time Off Earned at an elevating rate annually.
