SalaryAxis Spine and Pain, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time Referral Coordinator, to join our growing and established practice in Warner Robins, GA.
Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible.

Our team of physicians, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology.
The Referral Coordinator ensures patients have been cleared for office visits. Resolves pre-certification, registration, and case-related concerns prior to a patient’s appointment.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Refer patients to requesting specialists.
- Copy and fax medical records to referring facility.
- Contact patients with appointment information.
- Track appointments.
- Request reports after visits.
- Research insurance for referring providers in network.
- Communicate with specialist office.
- Scan medical records to patient’s chart.
- Provide support to the Front Desk.
- Assist patients by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Prior authorizations for tests (MRI, Ect.).

Education and Experiences:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two or more years of experience in medical office.
- Experience with medical software and terminology.
- Knowledge of HIPPAA requirements regarding patient confidentiality.
