Redirection Staff Responsibilities:

• Assists teachers, teaching assistants, and 1:1 aide in providing appropriate levels of supervision for students
• Helps students meet their behavioral goals by monitoring behavior and intervening as appropriate
• Assists in conflict resolution using appropriate techniques
• Reports incidents as needed and in compliance with school protocol
• Participates and promotes the school's Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NYS drivers license
