Primary Job Duties:
- Correctly rings in each item purchased through the appropriate point of sale system with-in the redemption store
- Maintain appropriate stock levels in the redemption store displays per instruction of a lead or manager
- Assist guests with product selection
- Monitor guests in the prize store to prevent items being taken from the store without being purchased through the register
- Report damage to equipment or technical issues to management in a timely manner
- Interact with guests to create an engaging and entertaining experience
- Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager
- Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

- Standing for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Must be comfortable climbing on a ladder
- Must be able to communicate with guests and deliver instructions
Special Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Obtain training certification per company policy
