SalaryObjective: To maintain safe and efficient operations of all needed recycling functions requiring the use of sit-down forklifts as needed to accomplish recycling operations.

- Facilitate cross department requirements and support
Job Requirements:
- Facilitate all recycling operations including loading/unloading trailers
- Sort and segregate recyclable items from trash
- Operate a compactor, bailer and forklifts
- Perform wooden pallet repairs as need
- Maintain recycling work centers and outside of the facility
- Train teammates and new members to the recycling team
- Flexibility to work all shifts and days needed to satisfy company needs
- Complete additional tasks/duties as needed or directed
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Oral/written communications
- Operate sit-down forklift (preferred)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Willing to work any shift, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to work in a very cold (36 F) and wet environment
