We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for people, to join our HR team as RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST. You will play a crucial role in driving recruitment efforts for our Americas business (U.S., Canada, Latin America), sourcing, identifying, interviewing, securing and evaluating best talent for a range of positions (salaried and hourly), and ensuring excellence in our onboarding processes. You will have demonstrable experience of recruiting, together with the proven ability to work proactively while managing multiple recruitment projects.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, this is full time position located at our corporate campus, 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International airport.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative recruiting campaigns, leveraging social media and networking activities.
  • Lead networking events, career fairs, and industry representation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and assist in crafting accurate job descriptions.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews, maintain candidate information, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate the final evaluation process, and prepare offer letters.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system.
  • Manage pre/post-hire processes including appropriate employment checks.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of personnel files and input new hire data into HRIS system.
  • Prepare new hire training schedules and conduct new hire group orientations.
  • Administer and review new employee feedback surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and HR team with projects.

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience is essential; 2 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws is essential.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems. Paylocity is a plus.
  • Experience with career fairs is a plus.
  • Digital and social media experience is a plus.
  • Confident and effective presenter.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to undertake domestic travel (< 5%).


Education

  • Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related areas preferred, or applicable work experience.
