As the Recruitment Specialist, keeping up with organizational growth and development is a MUST, while growing in efficiency and developing the process with each caregiver introduced to our team.

DETAILS

- Create captivating job ads for posting on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook Groups, and other platforms

- Develop relationships with referral sources such as training schools and community organizations

- Filter, search, and acquire qualified leads through resume database and candidate searching platforms

- Schedule and conduct interviews

- Assist with the onboarding and orientation experience for our caregivers

- Accurately track recruitment data for trend analysis

- Maintain compliance with organizational policy, state regulations, and HIPPA

- Excellent wage: $25-28/hr DOE

- Full time hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS

- Preferred one-year recruiting or similar experience

- Preferred one-year sales, marketing, and or networking experience

- Minimum one-year experience in a fast paced office environment

- Acceptable background check

- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and reliable transportation
