- Performing deep talent Research, Data Analysis, and Reporting
- Talent Mapping
- Creating Talent Engagement Campaigns
- Organizing internal systems
- Managing large and unique datasets
- Working closely with firm leadership to identify and recruit top talent across the US
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience driving results (this does not have to be in relation to a professional environment.) Examples could include: excelling in high school or collegiate athletics, starting a side-business while in school, excelling in academics, etc.
- Competitive nature, but works well in a team-first culture
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter, hard-worker, strong attention to detail
- Willingness to navigate difficult situations, persistence in completing difficult searches, possessing a dauntless mindset.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
