Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Recruitment Marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the organization's employer brand across various channels, ensuring a consistent and positive representation of the company culture and values.
Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for job postings, career pages, social media, and other platforms to attract and retain top talent.
Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the organization's presence on various social media platforms to effectively reach and connect with potential candidates.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute Recruitment Marketing campaigns, utilizing both online and offline channels to increase visibility and reach target audiences.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of Recruitment Marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies for better results.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, marketing, and hiring managers, to align Recruitment Marketing efforts with overall business objectives and hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Enhance the overall candidate experience by ensuring a seamless and positive journey from application to onboarding.
Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve Recruitment Marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Recruitment Marketing, employer branding, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative and effective Recruitment Marketing campaigns.
