Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join RiseKit's team to help our corporate clients find more job seekers through digital, social media, flyers, community outreach, and more. Your job will be to get 1000s of job seekers to sign up per month in very low-cost and creative ways. You can impact the community and get people jobs from your laptop! 

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Recruitment Marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract and engage high-quality candidates.

2. Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the organization's employer brand across various channels, ensuring a consistent and positive representation of the company culture and values.

3. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for job postings, career pages, social media, and other platforms to attract and retain top talent.

4. Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the organization's presence on various social media platforms to effectively reach and connect with potential candidates.

5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute Recruitment Marketing campaigns, utilizing both online and offline channels to increase visibility and reach target audiences.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of Recruitment Marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies for better results.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, marketing, and hiring managers, to align Recruitment Marketing efforts with overall business objectives and hiring needs.

8. Candidate Experience: Enhance the overall candidate experience by ensuring a seamless and positive journey from application to onboarding.

9. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve Recruitment Marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Recruitment Marketing, employer branding, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative and effective Recruitment Marketing campaigns.
