Job description

Eaton’s Corporate Division is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join the team. This role is remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates residing in the following areas: Beachwood, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Raleigh, NC; Chicago, IL; or Atlanta, GA.


The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year.

What you’ll do:

Reporting directly to the Global Employer Brand Leader and functionally reporting to the Early Talent leadership team, this role will develop and execute global Recruitment Marketing and employer branding strategies for inclusion and diversity (I&D) and Early Talent audiences. Responsibilities include supporting the overall university relations and I&D team's digital recruiting strategy, social media outreach, and continuous process improvement. This will include owning all content on LinkedIn, Yello, WayUp, social media, national diversity job boards and other university recruiting platforms, as well as marketing for on-site and virtual events. Will work cross functionally with leaders in I&D, Early Talent, university relations, talent acquisition, corporate communications, marketing, and HR to understand needs and develop solutions. Responsible for ensuring a positive global candidate experience through the recruiting process while identifying areas to simplify or enhance.

In this function you will:

  • Develop global employer branding and Recruitment Marketing plans for Early Talent and diverse talent audiences.
  • Own creation of all branding materials and campaigns on LinkedIn, WayUp, and Diversity Portals and manage process for engaging pipelines into process.
  • Partner with each Campus Manager to build timely digital campaign strategies during recruiting season.
  • Drive Diversity Conference and university event promotion to attendees before, during and after event.
  • Own continuous research, benchmark, and monitor how competitors are approaching digital outreach and new platforms that may exist to expand team’s efforts.
  • Develop content for execution of marketing plans: articulate clear messages; generate compelling content; create and edit copy; generate images; develop effective presentations.
  • Ability to analyze data and report out on performance of programs and media channels.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of working in a marketing, employer branding or recruitment advertising role leading strategies and initiatives.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in Early Talent/university marketing, including social media content creation.
  • Experience in media and marketing plan development and execution
  • Strong social media marketing skills
  • Strong copywriting, basic design, and proofreading skills with the ability to develop effective presentations and articulate clear messages.
  • Ability to analyze data and report out on performance of programs and media channels.
