This position is to provide recruiting and administrative support to the College and Full-Time Recruiting Teams.
Assigned Responsibilities:
- Assisting with organization of recruiting documentation including applications, resumes, and interview evaluations
- Assisting with development and implementation of Workable ATS and developing Standard Operating Procedures for Workable and other recruitment processes
- Schedule interviews as requested by hiring managers and recruiting team
- Create seamless interview experience for candidates by coordinating interviews via Workable and Microsoft Outlook
- Contact candidates, coordinate interview dates/times and create Outlook calendar invites for Teams interviews and in-person interviews
- Corresponding with candidates and new hires as needed
- Aid in corporate training coordination
- Coordinate food orders for training events
- Create calendar invites for training events
- Record trainings as needed via Microsoft Teams
- Track and communicate attendance records
- General office duties including filing, type/fax correspondence, copying, etc.
- Assist with Corporate communications tasks and items as needed, as time permits
- Aid in event planning for College Recruiting events
Knowledge of Microsoft Suites, Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
