Recruiting Intern

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is a paid internship. As a Recruiting Intern at ZIVARO you will play a critical role in growing an industry-leading Information Technology company! ZIVARO provides consulting and technology services to help clients achieve real business value from their technology investments. From deep foundations in Hybrid IT, Security, Collaboration and Analytics, we support clients across a broad spectrum of industries with IT strategy, planning, implementation, and IT operations. As a Recruiting Intern, you will learn all aspects of the recruiting life cycle, from understanding and putting together job descriptions, to sourcing and managing applicants through the recruiting funnel.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing, resume review, phone, virtual & F2F applicant and candidate screens to determine qualifications
• Cold calling and candidate development from research sources, databases, and internet tools
• Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse pool of candidates for each job opportunity, including a variety of electronic media and social networking
• Implement sourcing strategies complaint with OFCCP guidelines
• Meet Zivaro Recruiting productivity metrics and maintain high quality standards
• Complete all documentation and administrative tasks required to track candidates through the hiring funnel and ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Correspond with all applicants based on pre-determined timelines to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Perform other duties as necessary, including Recruiting and Human Capital administrative and process improvement projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to seek clarification or missing information, work with hiring managers and move candidates through the hiring process
• DoD recruiting experience and/or recruiting government clearance positions preferred
• A sense of urgency to fill the job positions with the qualified candidates
• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Strong computer skills, ability to communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to fully represent Zivaro’s Core Values of Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, and Accountability
• Detail oriented with the ability to document processes and develop checklists of processes
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for most positions at Zivaro due to security clearance guidelines required by government/federal contracts held by Zivaro.
