What you'll do in this position:
- Proactively recruit and develop a ready pool of candidates through job boards, resume searches, advertising, and networking
- Connect with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and source and identifiy high quality candidates to move forward in the interview process
- Schedule on-site interviews and navigates candidates through a multi-tiered interview process
- Manage the initial onboarding process from preparation of offer letters to collection of new hire documents
- Oversee the company’s background check, including communications to departments and hiring managers on candidate’s start date
- Partner directly with candidates to facilitate a successful background check completion
- Track recruiting activities and publishes reporting analytics report weekly
- Manage the company’s employee referral bonus program from marketing to processing payments
- Contribute to the company’s employer branding initiatives
- Participate and support the logistics in event planning for recruiting events such as career fairs and other marketing initiatives
- Serve as back up phone coverage to the Front Office
- Adhere to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing and Employment laws
- Complete tasks or projects as assigned by the Employee Experience Manager
This position will be a hybrid remote and in-office role based in the city of Walnut Creek, CA. Must be available during business hours in Pacific time zone.

- Minimum one year of recruiting experience
- High School Diploma

- College Degree preferred
- Knowledge experience with ICIMS recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
