Recruiting Coordinator

Job Overview
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition team here at A Blessing of Hope. You will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization by attracting and selecting top talent.

Responsibilities
- Assist with job postings and advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruiting events
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed

Requirements
- Previous experience in HR sourcing or talent acquisition preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with lead generation and proactive candidate sourcing strategies is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles
