Your Position:
- Consistently connect and network with people through business media platforms, referrals, emails, and database system
- Provide guidance, resume, and interview advice to potential candidates
- Understanding clients’ needs, details, and requirements, and developing a good relationship with hiring managers
- Review resumes and arrange interviews while acting as a support system before and after hiring
- Specialize in matching executive-level talent with companies that are the best fit
What we need from you:
- Experience - You have experience in sales, marketing, and/or recruiting
- A True Leader - You love working in a collaborative team environment and have a desire to help others!
- Educated - High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work Ethic - You go above and beyond with organization and administrative skills and you are driven to be successful and like meeting new people, networking, and establishing new relationships
