SalaryHunt Electric, Inc. based in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Recruiting Assistant who will be assisting our two corporate recruiters and reporting to the Recruiting Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Human Resources and Recruiting. Having a background or experience in construction, customer service, or a call center is an advantage, as you will be developing relationships as you grow into a Sourcing Specialist position.

The Recruiting Assistant will be assisting our recruiting department with administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.
Major Duties:
- Maintain job postings on various online platforms and social media channels.
- Assist the HR and Recruiting department in various tasks including preparing clothing orders, sending emails, mailers, and data entry.
- Assist and attend job fairs for various departments
- Assist HR and Recruiting departments with new ideas to increase employee referrals and attract top talent.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities for the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate the benefits of working for Hunt Electric.
- Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced professional environment and is willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- Strong computer skills and administrative experience, including proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally as part of a team at all levels.
- Possesses high levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm and is eager to learn.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High School Diploma is required.
This full-time position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities. As a full-time Recruiting Assistant, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).
