Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Recruiter to play a crucial role in building a talented and dedicated team that shares our commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of the individuals we serve. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruiting strategies, and a passion for connecting with individuals who align with our mission.
Location: New England area (NH, MA, CT); remote/ hybrid
- Source, attract, and select top-tier candidates to join our team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to showcase our values and culture.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and generate recruitment metrics reports.
- Proven recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or social services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
