- Conduct recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
- Make recommendations to management regarding hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes
- Provide support to the HR team as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous HVAC knowledge or trade experience preferred
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
- Competitive salary: $25,000 - $33,000 per year
