Executive Recruiter

$48,000 a year base with benefits, as well as a commission plan of 20% on all placements / profit from temporary business.
APN Staffing and Employment Solutions is looking to hire two recruiters to join the team and to help drive new business! At APN, we specialize in working with clients in the automotive and healthcare space to find them the right talent for their team on both a local and national level. We have been an established recruiting firm here in the Valley for 30 years now, and are looking for the right talent to carry us another 30 years!
As a recruiter at APN, you will be responsible for making at least 50 calls a day to generate new business while also recruiting for your work orders. We provide several resources for you, including job boards, an established database, memberships to various networking organizations, sourcers and more. Below are the qualifications we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Experience working at a recruiting agency obtaining new business and recruiting.
- At least one year of business development and sales experience.
- Ability to eagerly make a minimum of 50 calls a day.
- Healthcare experience, preferred.
- Willingness to be agile in how you work in order to find what works for you.
