Be part of a unique pool experience with a team service mentality. The Pool deck attendant is a particularly important member of our service team. Each Club Attendants should be full of energy, have a positive outlook, and an aptitude for genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide an exceptional recreation experience to our guests
• Organize and oversee activities for our guests.
• Coordinate and facilitate recreational activities.
• Provide information to guests about the available recreation facilities.
• Encourage and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Provide cashier services when working in facilities that include POS.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool/beach areas including routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Set- up and breakdown of pool/beach areas.
• Top Notch customer service with the desire to elevate the vacation experience..
• Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned.
• Assist guests with service requests when needed.

What you will bring:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Organizes and participates in recreational activities with guests of all ages.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in outdoor weather conditions.
