SALARY RANGE: $45,843.20 to $65,249.17

SHIFT: Flexibility in scheduling with evening availability to 8PM.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Department Manager. Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Department Manager will develop and oversee schedules, allocate space and equipment, promote and assist with marketing, analyze budgeting, and supervise all Program Leads and Coaches. This position is responsible for coaching hours and coverage of programs to ensure the success of the Recreation Department.
