Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Secretary. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a nice respectful way
- Learn and use our 'House Call Pro' software
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Respond to emails in a nice and respectful way
- Assist with some administrative tasks
- Perform basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of invoices and emails
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not necessary
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to always remain respectful with the customer
- Proficient computer literacy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
