Responsibilities - Part-Time Receptionist:
- Greet customers and answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous and professional manner
- Screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate area
- Take and relay accurate messages
- Perform general clerical duties to support the operation of daily business
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements - Part-Time Receptionist:
- A professional appearance, dependable and friendly with excellent telephone manners, excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Able multi-task and solve problems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
