Our Receptionist will consider the customers perspectives and desires, then be able to balance them with the factory and store standards. The perfect candidate will be dependable, extremely well organized and professional. The personality must continue the atmosphere which we create here. We enjoy having a laugh with our customers when appropriate, and making a memory while we're at it!
The perfect candidate will know what it means to appreciate the fact every customer CHOOSES to come here for their vehicle services, and we must show that appreciation with giving superior service. Communication is crucial here. We need to be able to update customers, explain current situations and when necessary, take payment in the form of cash, check or charge.
