SalaryWe are looking for a friendly, informative, and welcoming receptionist and cashier to join our growing company. As a receptionist, you will serve as a positive first impression of the company at all times, while handling the daily responsibilities of a receptionist with efficiency and ease. You will answer inquiries, and provide information to customers and visitors.
This role is based out of our Union, NJ branch.
Receptionist/Cashier Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information
- Handle cash box and register duties for branch location
- Filing of warranties
- Organization of paperwork
Receptionist Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience handling receptionist responsibilities;
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Cash (cash, checks, credit cards) handling and application
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work two Saturdays per month
- Available to cover in our Avenel branch as needed (like 1x per month). Any extra travel will be reimbursed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
