Receptionist/Cashier

Job Summary:
Colonial Buick GMC is seeking a reliable and personable individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, answering phones and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome upon arrival

- Direct customers to the correct department

- Answer multi-line phone system

- Daily processing of customer payments, end of day balancing and related cash handling procedures

- Efficient filing of customer files

- Scanning of documents

- Provide backup to the accounting office
- Other duties as assigned

Full-time. Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 2:00pm. Off days are Sunday and Monday.
