SalaryA well established family owned automotive dealership has a rare opportunity for a proven Cashier/Receptionist. This is a very stable position and one at a dealership that has very minimal turnover. The ideal candidate for this position MUST have Cashier / Receptionist experience.
Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
- Answer telephone, transfer calls, take messages, help customers when needed
- Receipt money for service, finance, and sales
- Maintains customer satisfaction at or above company standards
- Processes paperwork on a timely basis
- Sign out and keep good records for the loaner vehicles
- Keep waiting area neat and stocked for customers
- Communicate frequently via phone/email with sales management.
Requirements:
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently, with minimum supervision.
- Good organizational skills
- Must be dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
- Strong analytical skills
