We are seeking a Receptionist/Billing Clerk to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to assist the business owner.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks including preparing customer invoices, recording deposits and tracking A/R and A/P in QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
