We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Prepare and transcribe documents, letters, and reports
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Take customer payments and make outgoing calls as needed to take payments
```Experience```
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in proofreading and editing documents is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
