Receptionist/Admin Assistant

We are a local Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping company seeking a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work in the main office of our company. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years consecutive experience answering a multi-line phone system, performing general administrative tasks and have superior customer service and people skills.

Job Skill Requirements:

• Proper phone etiquette
• General computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent writing and grammar
• Critical to have friendly and professional phone voice
• Excellent organizational skills to help function in a fast paced environment where there are a multiple of sometimes competing priorities
• Knowledge of general office equipment and supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
