Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist/Administrative Support plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth operations. This position requires an individual who can effectively communicate, is great a trouble shooting and has the ability to be empathetic and professional with our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Phone Management:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Address inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
2. Customer Service:
- Interact with clients, property owners, tenants, and vendors in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Handle upset customers with empathy, de-escalate situations, and find solutions to their concerns.
3. Administrative Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and email correspondence.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
4. Communication:
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Relay messages accurately and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- A commitment to ethical and transparent conduct, aligning with the company's values.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Knowledge or interest in the property management industry is a plus.
Requirements:
- Being empathetic and positive when speaking with clients/tenants/vendors/etc.
- Problem-solving, which could include contacting other team members to solve the issue.
- Being able to clearly communicate via email.
- Taking initiative to deal with issues versus waiting for someone to provide an answer on how to deal with the issue.
- Independently keeping track of and completing tasks.
