Receptionist, The Village At Luther Ridge

SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Full Time Day Receptionist.

Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

1 weekend per month, 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday

2 Holiday Coverages per year

Skill(s): Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; proficient keyboarding, word processing, and PC skills. Refer to separate analysis for physical requirements of the essential functions with or without accommodation.

Experience: None required.

General Responsibilities:

• Greets visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner; directs them to the proper person or area.
• Answers telephone calls; directs caller to proper individual.
• Answers general questions and provides general information; directs more specific questions to appropriate individual.
• Types letters, reports, memos, and other correspondence as requested;
• Opens and sorts incoming mail; assures delivery to proper individuals or departments; processes outgoing mail.
