Summary:
Contributes to the company's mission and values by greeting patients, visitors and staff with a friendly, helpful demeanor both in person and over the phone; assists in coordinating location of patients and keeping visitors informed; operates independently as well as cooperatively; maintains professional and effective working relationships with teammates; medical offices and physicians. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure quality and timely patient care.

EDUCATION

• High School diploma required

EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years' experience in health care; receptionist, scheduling or unit clerk preferred.
