RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Greet walk-ins, service existing accounts, assist with payments, answer billing questions, provide insurance documents, assist with claims, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Ability to follow direction and execute office processes and procedures
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Ability to explain complex financial issues in terms understandable for general public
• Able to achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals
• Ability to execute a detailed business plan
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
