SalaryThe office of David D. Keller, D.O. is seeking to fill a part-time Receptionist/secretary position in a very small outpatient health care setting.
Responsibilities include:
Checking patients in/out at the front window, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, answering phones, triaging patient concerns, conveying messages, making appointment reminder calls, preparing charts for the day and scanning notes into charts.
This is a very intimate environment with only one provider and 1 other support staff, so a high degree of interest in the success of the practice including service to its patients, and the ability to multitask and function independently are a must.
* Experience in a medical office environment is preferred.
Female candidates will only be considered for chaperone reasons.
The office of David D. Keller D.O. is a private outpatient medical office providing consultations in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, with an emphasis on infants.
We have been been serving the Portland community for 18 years, and have a very busy practice.

Monday 9A-3P,
Wednesday 9A-3P,
Thursday, 12:30-4:30P

Pay: From $18.00 per hour, with Profit sharing available.
