We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our reputable dispensary. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. This position requires open availability for Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and welcoming customers with professionalism and warmth.
2. Answering incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
3. Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
4. Assisting customers in making informed decisions about their purchases.
5. Managing patient intake process, including verifying identification and medical documentation.
6. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
7. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
8. Assisting with inventory management and restocking products as needed.
9. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
10. Adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements related to cannabis sales.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic knowledge of cannabis products and their effects (training will be provided).
5. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
6. Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
7. Flexibility to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
8. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
