Receptionist (Part-Time)- Rehabilitation Center

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a receptionist who is pleasant, courteous, and professional in greeting individuals who walk into our facility, answers any incoming phone calls, and assists with administrative tasks. In doing so, this individual will help promote a warm, welcoming environment for fellow staff, our residents, their families, and other visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• greet clients and visitors,
• manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly.
• assist with Scanning, filing, and organizing documents,
• perform general office tasks and duties,
• mail distribution,
• provide administrative assistance and support,

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required
• Professional appearance and demeanor,
• ability and willingness to work well with others

Hours :

• 3:30pm-10pm M-F, Saturday and Sunday 8am-3:30pm and 3:30pm-10pm

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
